Pros: Mr. Colson cares about his students and their success. His office hours are helpful and he explains things well. He makes the tests just like the hw - he says he hated it as a student when the work you did at home had nothing to do with test material. Also - he brings donuts now and then.
Cons: He talks slow, especially if he's hoping for some class participation, so for the dryer chapters it's hard to focus.
The homeworks are the best test prep - do the homework again before the exam and you'll be prepared. Also, most questions involve graphing a change, so make sure the graph makes sense to you, not just the concept. The first half of the test is always T/F and the last half is mult. choice/graphing. He posts the tests and answers up for study guides before the final. Colson is a good teacher and a good advisor - I'd recommend this class and this teacher to anybody.

Pros: Greg is a very nice guy. He tries to keep the information interesting and doesn't want anyone to do poorly in his class. His quizzes are just extra points added to your final grade and are given the class before each test. Also, if only a few people show up to class then he gives everyone who showed up extra credit. He also drops your two lowest test grades.
Cons: You have homework at least every week but usually a couple times a week that is kind of annoying. But he's a reasonable guy and is just trying to help you learn.
If you do the homeworks and go over them before the tests you are smooth sailing toward an A. I wouldn't suggest skipping class because the material is not easy but he explains things very well. I definitely recommend this class.

Pros: Quizzes are for extra credit
Class sturcture is very good
He cares about the subject and I am excited to go to his class.
No applia online homework like in other classes.
Cons: Workload is consistent but can occasionally catch up to you.
He is the best teacher I've had in college. He cracks jokes and really wants you to learn the subject. He even has days where the whole class does an activity just so he can make sure everyone understands the concept. He also signed my tutoring papers so I can tutor this class though Millege. I love this man.

Pros: He's willing to help you out. And doesn't take attendance. But I'd recommend it. He does in class experiments that will really show you the concept in practical terms. He brought the class Krispy Kreme one day for one of these experiments. He posts all of the powerpoints, homeworks, and answer keys on eLc. Tests are multiple choice, true/false with only a few short answer.
Cons: He grades every homework, and does not accept late homework. The material can be a little dry especially towards the last section on monopolies but he tries to help you understand it.
All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the class. It ended up being my favorite one this semester.

Pros: Makes material easy to understand, gives out notes
Cons: does in class experiments about material he hasn't taught, so it's kind of hard to understand initially.
Greg is an awesome teacher. He really helps if you need it, and his explanations are current, funny, and make the learning even easier.

Pros: Don't really need to come to class (attendance is not required), he puts the lecture slides online and basically reads them off in class. Tests are pretty easy, as long as you've been doing the homework (which is required anyways and all the answers can generally be found on the slides) and plenty of test questions can be found on homework-so just redo them before tests.
Cons: Don't need to come to class for his "in class experiments" if you come to class at all. The experiments are pretty pointless.
I would definitely recommend Colson!

Pros: Very helpful
Looks for class feedback
Cons: Can be longwinded
Has homeworks every week, from which the exam is modeled. Also, there are extra credit quizzes before each midterm to raise the final average up by at most one point per quiz.
